Eric Fuhrman brings over two decades of commercial real estate experience to his role as General Manager of Crye-Leike, Inc., where he oversees the operations and success of 700 agents across the Midsouth region. Eric’s approach blends creativity with executional rigor, making him a trusted adviser to investors, developers, and corporate clients alike.
Eric holds both the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations—two of the most prestigious credentials in the industry. These distinctions, held by a small percentage of commercial real estate professionals worldwide, reflect his commitment to excellence, ethical standards, and deep market knowledge.
A native of Chicago, Eric now proudly calls Memphis home. He and his wife Joanna are the parents of a busy teenager, a Razorback college student, a daughter and Marine son-in-law stationed in Okinawa, a U.S. Army 82nd Airborne infantry soldier, and a married son and his wife who is posted in the Midwest and currently serving as a U.S. Army engineer officer.
